The Brain Brew Custom Bourbon Experience is a journey back to the 1800s, during a time when all Bourbon was customized. Consumers would visit a Barrel Blender who would blend bourbon to the guest's taste preference. This went on around the world. The most famous barrel blenders include Edmund Dexter in Cincinnati and John Walker in Scotland.
