2 hours of Annie Takeuchi's background piano/keyboard music at your event: jazz classics, Broadway standards and songs from the American Songbook. Annie Takeuchi is a piano/keyboard entertainer, specializing in senior audiences. She was classically trained at Yale University, and the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, where she earned a master’s degree in Piano Performance (as well as a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, but that’s another story). Since retiring from marketing consulting in 2013 (another long story), she has volunteered her time performing at the Cincinnati VA’s Community Living Center (Long-Term Care), Clermont Senior Services Adult Day Services, and Anderson Township Senior Center. She has also performed at many senior living facilities, nursing homes, and churches, by herself and also with the One Voice choir and the Kinner Express Old Time String Band.
